Director 

Megan Query-Roth

 Mrs. Query-Roth holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as a Master's degree in Social Work. Mrs. Query-Roth has over 20 years of experience in Social Work. She most recently worked with the Annie E. Casey Foundation helping to build strong neighborhoods and working to help residents find the tools to create the changes they desired.

Program Director

Robin Radtke

Mrs. Radtke has been teaching for 10 years and was a teacher in one of our 3/4 classes for three years before becoming the Program Director in 2009. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education with Administrative credentials. She has been trained in Conscious Discipline and regularly leads the school's parenting classes.

Communications Director/NAEYC Coordinator

Jessie Pike

Miss Pike has been teaching preschool  for 4 years and was a teacher in the Cub and Tiger classrooms. She handles staff development, community events & fundraisers, and communication regarding updates and changes to staff policies and NAEYC requirements. She holds a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Ball State University.

Office Manager

Tricia Eyer

 Mrs. Eyer has 13 years of experience with our school operations. She handles all parent contracts, employee payroll and accounts receivable for our school. Mrs. Eyer received a B.A. in Public Relations from Purdue University.

 Financial Associate

 Lisa Valadez

Mrs. Valadez has been a parent at CUMNS for 4 years and handling financial statements, accounts payable and various other projects for 2 years. She graduated from Butler University with a B.A. in Accounting.
